Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required or with equivalent experience.
• RHIT certification required; RHIA preferred; CCS-P/CPC/CCS/CPC-H credentials preferred.
• Minimum five years supervising PB coding or CDI teams; eight years hospital or professional coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead PB coding and CDI operations across the organization.
• Oversee coding audits, education, quality, and compliance programs.
• Develop staff and drive improve accuracy, documentation integrity, and reimbursement.
