Zusammenfassung

LifeLabs Learning is a fully remote company in the United States seeking a Director of Client Services to shape client service strategy and lead our Client Services functions. You will work with Sales, Product, Facilitation, and Delivery to ensure credible, deliverable solutions and strong client outcomes across post-sale engagements.

You will report to the Head of Operations and manage a cross-functional team, driving rebooking and expansion while protecting program economics.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in B2B professional services or learning and development.
• Experience owning strategic client relationships and translating needs into programs.
• Hands-on solution design or solutions architecture experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership and team coaching.

Aufgaben

• Lead Engagement Management, Launch Management and Learning Experience Design teams.
• Set client services strategy, standards, playbooks, and guardrails.
• Own post-sale journey including onboarding, impact reviews, and rebooking.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Facilitation and Delivery on deals and scope.
