Qualifications

• Four year degree required.
• 7+ years in people leadership (leading leaders).
• 5+ years in change management.
• 5+ years in client relationship building.
• Master degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Biotech Project Management (GSM, SDL, RSC) and ensure alignment with objectives and client expectations.
• Lead governance and standardization of PM processes to support scalability and quality.
• Drive technology adoption, automation and AI-enabled solutions to simplify processes and speed delivery.
• Partner across the organization to remove barriers and accelerate issue resolution.
• Represent PM organization with executive stakeholders and advocate for investments.
