• Seven or more years in people leadership, leading leaders.
• Seven or more years experience in central lab services, large pharma or biotech industry.
• Five or more years experience in change management.
• Five or more years experience in client relationship building.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Biotech Project Management organization, including GSM, SDL, and RSC functions.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization with talent development and inclusive culture.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational readiness to support growth and budget adherence.
• Lead strategic resource planning and allocation to ensure delivery performance and client satisfaction.
• Champion PM excellence and cross-functional collaboration across Labcorp.
