Job summary

Lifeforce is hiring a Director of Clinical Operations to run the operating engine behind our national proactive care delivery model. You will own licensure, credentialing, onboarding, scheduling, and quality for clinicians at scale across states and centers.

You will lead four teams and report to the COO, starting with a small team and scaling to ~15 by 2027. This is a remote, senior leadership role guiding growth and standardization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare operations, including 3+ years leading managers.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer telehealth, longevity, concierge, or preventive medicine.
• Has scaled a clinician network through fast growth at a telehealth company or multi-site provider.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinician capacity planning and scheduling.
• Own licensure, credentialing, onboarding, training, and ramp to full schedule.
• Build and manage the clinical QA program and ensure reviews are timely.
