• 5+ years in account management, client success, partner management, or network operations in healthcare tech.
• Proven ownership of a portfolio, renewals, churn mitigation, and growth through cross-sell/upsell.
• Ability to anticipate client needs, monitor account health, and prioritize high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire laboratory network portfolio, monitor health, renewals, and growth potential.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, lab partners, and channel partners post-implementation.
• Lead business reviews and set account strategy with adoption and usage targets.
• Own renewals lifecycle, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Legal/Finance.
