Job summary

HHAeXchange is seeking a Director of Site Reliability Engineering for a fully remote role in the US, aligned to EST or CST time zones. You will lead multiple SRE teams, shape the cloud strategy on AWS, and drive automation, incident response, and capacity planning across a SaaS platform.

You will mentor leaders, champion a DevOps culture, and manage budgets for cloud infrastructure while collaborating with product teams to deliver new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud engineering and operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large scale AWS cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of modern SRE practices and principles.
• Demonstrated experience driving team transformation and change management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud services across geographies.
• Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers; set vision for SRE transformation.
• Model adoption of AI-based tools to increase team effectiveness.
• Develop strategic plans for cloud infrastructure to support growth and acquisitions.
• Oversee cost-efficient cloud infrastructure management and governance.
