Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead external financial reporting and GAAP interpretations for a publicly traded client. This remote role in the United States involves partnering with senior leadership, overseeing the accounting team, and driving compliance across disclosures.

You will enhance reporting processes, strengthen internal controls, and communicate complex accounting matters to the Audit Committee and executives, while managing

Competenze

• 8+ years accounting experience with public company exposure.
• 3+ years SEC reporting experience at a public company.
• CPA license and strong GAAP/SEC knowledge.
• Experience supervising accounting staff and month-end close.
• Excellent written communication for Audit Committee.

Mansioni

• Oversee preparation and filing of SEC reports and external disclosures.
• Lead technical accounting research under US GAAP, Reg S-X and S-K.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements and filings.
• Collaborate with senior management on policies and significant transactions.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members; support month-end close.
