Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Ltd. seeks a US-based Director of Sales for a growing flexible packaging manufacturer. You will build and lead the flexibles sales organization, selling into food, beverage and consumer goods markets, and shaping the growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including leadership roles in packaging, converting or manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving growth in flexible packaging or related markets.
• Proven ability to build, lead and develop sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop the flexibles sales team with clear performance plans.
• Develop and execute the sales strategy and vertical-market expansion.
• Drive growth through new customer acquisition and deeper existing accounts.
• Build executive relationships and lead complex negotiations with margin discipline.
• Collaborate with BD, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to support product development.
• Drive CRM discipline, forecasting and data-driven selling.
