The candidate will drive talent development, strategic selling, and long-term relationship management while ensuring margin discipline and operational feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience with leadership roles in sales/manufacturing/packaging.
• Proven success driving growth in flexible packaging, converting, or related markets.
• Proven ability to build, lead, coach, and develop sales teams.
• Strong strategic selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a results-driven sales organization aligned with priority market segments.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor sales professionals, emphasizing consultative selling.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for growth and profitability across key verticals.
• Lead complex negotiations with key customers while maintaining margin discipline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable packaging solutions.
