Aegis Worldwide is seeking an experienced Director of Sales – Flexible Packaging to lead a global sales organization and drive profitable growth for a well-established packaging manufacturer. This is a fully remote role with nationwide scope and reports to the Vice President of Sales.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, develop strategic sales plans, expand key accounts, and partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to deliver customized packaging solutions.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in packaging/manufacturing.
• Experience leading, managing, and developing sales teams.
• Proven revenue growth and key accounts expansion.
• Strategic selling, negotiation, and CRM skills.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging materials and converting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
• Lead complex sales negotiations while protecting margins.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver packaging solutions.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and CRM usage.
• Support new product development and sustainable packaging initiatives.
