Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8 years of progressive, direct and relevant experience in sales operations.
• Experience leading sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and operational reporting.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives to optimize sales performance.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to measure performance and risks.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, IT, and Operations to align customer lifecycle.
