Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Director - Selling and Marketing Services to lead the technology playbook, governance, delivery, and operational excellence of the company’s end-to-end revenue operations platform supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement, and related commercial capabilities.

The role drives alignment with Commercial leadership, guides cross-functional teams, and influences global IT strategy, with a focus on scalable, AI-enabled capabilities across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of management experience.
• 7 years of related experience in selling and marketing tech or revenue operations.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technology playbook, governance, delivery, and operational excellence of the end-to-end revenue operations platform.
• Leads North America Sales and Marketing Technology team and provides strategic technology leadership across global Selling and Marketing domain.
• Oversees platform selection, solution design, product development, integration, evolution, and roadmap management for Build and Run activities.
• Specialist in selling and marketing modules, systems design, development, support and team leadership to achieve objectives.
