Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a senior retention strategy leader to set the 6–12 month strategic direction and drive comprehensive retention initiatives across multiple product lines. You will design test-and-learn programs, perform cohort analyses, and own end-to-end strategy from ideation to post-launch readouts.

The role requires 5–7 years in retention with leadership responsibility, strong analytics, and executive communication skills. This is a remote US position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in retention strategy with leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of leading go-to-market retention strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong expertise in campaign performance analytics and marketing measurement frameworks.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional influencing skills.

Responsibilities
