Job summary

Onflo is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead the function end to end, overseeing roughly ten people across two layers, including three Implementation Managers and the Manager of Professional Services who guides Client Solutions Managers and Client Care Engineers.

The first year focuses on modernizing processes, building templates, and delivering consistent results as districts go live. You will own adoption metrics and capacity planning to optimize delivery.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of professional experience, including 5–8 years managing people directly.
• Experience leading large multi‑department rollouts from kickoff to steady state.
• Ability to build processes or playbooks where none existed and recover at-risk projects.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery quality across implementation and ongoing solutioning engagements.
• Resource and capacity planning for the function.
• Coach and develop direct reports and align with Sales and Finance.
• Set and maintain operating metrics and escalation points.
