Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive service delivery or BPO leadership experience, senior management overseeing large-scale programs with 150+ headcount across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and long-term projects for your unit.
• Hire, train, and supervise department staff, managers, and coordinators.
• Design, budget, and execute organizational goals and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes across programs.
• Ensure compliance with state laws, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
