Job summary

inquirED is seeking a Director of Partner Experience to lead the team that partners with districts to translate curriculum adoption into meaningful instructional impact. You'll own day-to-day leadership of Partner Experience as we scale to a multi-product portfolio, including Inquiry Journeys, Inkwell, and Great First Eight.

You will manage people, capacity, and processes while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to inform roadmaps and GTM decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or partner experience.
• 2+ years of direct team leadership and coaching.
• Strong data instincts for partner health metrics.
• Experience working with districts or schools and willingness to travel roughly once per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Partner Experience team and manage workload and coaching.
• Onboard, train, and implement with districts end-to-end.
• Align GTM with product, marketing, and sales using partner feedback.
• Monitor health metrics and flag renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Develop systems for data-driven decisions and cross-team transparency.
