Job summary

Capsa Healthcare is seeking a Director of Corporate Accounts (Pharmacy Automation) to grow revenue and long-term relationships with strategic pharmacy accounts across the full automation portfolio. The role is remote and reports to the Vice President of Pharmacy Automation.

You will partner with executives, lead multi-level RFP responses, and coordinate with Capsa Strategic Account Directors to drive revenue targets in long, complex sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years B2B sales or account management in healthcare.
• Experience leading complex RFP responses for capital equipment or services.
• Experience with IDN, GPO, and/or retail pharmacy contracting.
• Proven track record meeting revenue targets in long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans with revenue, bookings, and margin targets.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with pharmacy leadership, IT, operations, finance, and procurement.
• Travel onsite to meet corporate accounts and build multi-level relationships.
• Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for pharmacy automation, including bid/no-bid strategy and timelines.
• Collaborate with Capsa Strategic Account Directors to align account strategies and coverage.
