Job summary

Capsa Healthcare is seeking a Director of Corporate Accounts, a remote role that drives revenue growth and long-term relationships with our strategic and corporate pharmacy accounts across the full automation portfolio.

You will partner with the VP of Pharmacy Automation to develop account plans, build executive relationships, and lead multi-stakeholder engagements including IT, operations, finance, and procurement. Expect travel for key account meetings and bid responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, pharmacy, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years of B2B sales or account management in healthcare capital equipment, pharmacy automation, or healthcare technology.
• Experience leading complex RFP responses for capital equipment, software, or services.
• Experience with IDN, GPO, and/or retail pharmacy contracting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Pharmacy Automation to develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with pharmacy leadership, operations, IT, supply chain, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
• Travel onsite to meet with corporate accounts and build multi-level relationships across executives and end users.
• Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for pharmacy automation including bid/no-bid strategy and timelines.
• Collaborate with Capsa Strategic Account Directors to align strategies and pursue opportunities.
