Job summary
Capsa Healthcare in Canal Winchester, OH, seeks a Director of Corporate Accounts (Pharmacy Automation) to grow revenue and strengthen relationships across Capsa’s pharmacy automation portfolio. You will lead strategic account plans and engage pharmacy leadership, IT, operations, and procurement at major accounts.
This remote role reports to the VP of Pharmacy Automation. You will travel to key accounts, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and partner with Strategic Account Directors to expand opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of B2B sales or account management in healthcare.
- Experience leading responses to complex RFPs for capital equipment/software/services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue/margin targets.
- Build executive-level relationships with pharmacy leadership and stakeholders.
- Travel onsite to key accounts to strengthen multi-level relationships.
- Lead Capsa's responses to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs for pharmacy automation.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors to align account strategies.
