Job summary
Zonda is seeking a Director of Business Development for Listings/Virtual/Utour Sales. This remote, full-time role covers Greater Minneapolis or Chicago, offering $80-100k plus uncapped commission.
You will drive new business for Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions, develop sales plans, and manage the full sales cycle with a focus on strategic partnerships. Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in listings/advertising or digital media sales, experience selling to VP/Director levels
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years’ experience in listings/advertising and/or digital media services in a business development/outside sales role
- Experience selling to VP/Director level in new home industry
- Knowledge of builder digital marketing technologies including CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration
- Experience in a SaaS environment focusing on user acquisition
- Ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting to closing
Responsibilities
- Generate new business and drive revenue selling Builder Listings Services and Digital Solutions to homebuilders & developers in the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory
- Generate 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and maintain pipeline in Salesforce
- Lead full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals
- Perform in-person and web demonstrations
- Collaborate with data reps to build builder relationships with key sales/marketing members
- Travel within territory and industry conventions to close prospects
