CoStar Group’s Zonda division in Chicago, IL seeks a Director of Business Development to drive Listings/Advertising and Builder Digital Solutions for NewHomeSource. You will develop territory plans, build builder relationships, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with travel as needed.

The role requires 2–5+ years in listings/advertising and SaaS, strong CRM/Salesforce skills, and a hunter mindset. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–5+ years in listings/advertising or digital media services.
• Experience selling to VP/Director level in the new home industry.
• SaaS experience with focus on user acquisition.
• Must have a driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and drive revenue selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
• Schedule 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly.
• Drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing.
• Perform in-person and web demonstrations.
• Collaborate with data representatives to build builder relationships with key sales and marketing members.
• Travel within territory and to industry conventions to close prospects.
• Present listings and advertising products at company events.
