Job summary

CoStar Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Director of Business Development for Listings/Digital Solutions (Zonda). You will generate new business, drive revenue, and lead a territory sales plan focused on Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions.

Requires 2–5+ years in listings/advertising sales, SaaS experience, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce). Must manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in listings/advertising or digital media sales
• Experience selling to VP/Director level in the new home industry
• Knowledge of CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration
• SaaS experience with focus on user acquisition
• Experience managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College
• Valid driver’s license and driving record check

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and drive revenue selling Zonda’s Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions
• Develop and execute on a sales plan for the territory
• Maintain meetings and pipeline in Salesforce.com
• Generate leads and drive full sales cycle from calls to closing
• Perform in person and web demos
• Collaborate with data reps to build builder relationships
• Travel within territory and industry conventions to close prospects
• Present listings and advertising products at events
