Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• 7+ years leading large-scale platform engineering organizations for AI/ML platforms.
• 7+ years building and scaling AI/ML platforms, DevSecOps, MLOps, and secure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise AI platform capabilities across RAG, vector search, model lifecycle management, and developer enablement accelerators.
• Oversee reusable data products and enterprise data engineering capabilities supporting AI, analytics, and business outcomes.
• Establish platform reliability, security, governance, privacy, and audit readiness; drive operational excellence.
