Job summary

The Bike Shop seeks a strategic technology leader to shape the direction of its software, data, and AI capabilities. You will set the technical vision, guide architecture, and establish engineering practices across Shop-built systems.

You will build and lead the engineering function, hire talent, define standards, and manage budgets and roadmaps while collaborating with research leadership to advance AI-enabled public-facing tools.

Qualifications

• College or university degree required.
• 7+ years of work experience in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end software product portfolio, including architecture and release.
• Leads applied AI/ML engineering aligned to Shop priorities.
• Defines multi-year technology roadmap and engineering standards.
• Oversees cloud platform architecture and data pipelines.
