Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering at a small-to-mid-size or growth-stage company.
• Hands-on builder who codes and ships, not just manages.
• Strong credibility with senior engineers and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a technical vision for engineering linked to business goals and translate into a 6–12 month roadmap.
• Own Sunday's AI strategy for engineering and establish AI-assisted development practices.
• Serve as the connector between business/product priorities and the engineering team.
