Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and drive standardized processes. The role Partners with regional leadership to optimize performance, support M&A integration, and ensure top-tier client service across the brokerage.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7+ years leading Commercial Lines operations in a large brokerage.
• Active P&C license and CPCU/CIC designation preferred.
• Proven ability to standardize workflows and scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives with leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Promote standardized workflows and best practices across the org.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable actions.
• Analyze staffing to develop capacity plans supporting growth.
• Coordinate with Managed Services for resource alignment.
• Provide guidance on EPIC workflows and tech usage.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive results.
• Drive change leadership and adoption of new processes.
