Job summary

Affirm is building the next generation of consumer finance with the Affirm Card at the center. We seek a Director of Product to own the Card domain, including end‑to‑end user experiences, business outcomes, and the platform powering issuance, authorization, and partner integrations.

You will define strategy, build a high‑performing team, and deliver durable outcomes across this strategic product area. The role demands senior leadership and cross‑functional influence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management
• Experience leading multi‑team product areas or platforms
• Proven ability to build high‑performing PM teams
• Experience in payments, cards, fintech or related platforms

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi‑year Card product vision and roadmap.
• Lead Card Domain end‑to‑end for consumer experience, growth, and economics.
• Oversee Card Platform capabilities (authorization, servicing, controls) and integrations.
• Build and scale a high‑performing product org with standards and cadence.
• Own GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for Card domain.
• Partner with Finance and Credit to optimize profitability and risk.
• Drive platform strategy and execution across APIs and servicing systems.
