Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Director of BI & Analytics based in the United States. You will lead an enterprise reporting function across a multi-unit services organization, shaping what the business measures and how insights are delivered to executives and field leaders.

You will drive a reporting transformation, establish KPI definitions, and connect operational metrics to financial results, building governance-driven analytics across ERP environments.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in BI, analytics, FP&A, or related functions with leadership responsibility.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise BI and reporting environments.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel capabilities; ability to validate analytical logic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve an enterprise BI and reporting architecture across divisions and locations.
• Lead reporting transformation with governed KPI definitions aligned to financial results.
• Design analytical models and definitions that remain reliable across ERP migrations and source-system changes.
• Establish executive, regional, branch, and functional reporting with clear drill-down capabilities.
• Build a governed self-service analytics environment balancing accessibility and data integrity.
• Rationalize reports by eliminating duplication and improving reporting experience.
• Define analytics data models and semantic structures for consistent reporting across dimensions.
• Partner with IT and enterprise architecture to align BI with data standards and strategy.
• Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
