Job summary

HellermannTyton North America seeks a Manager, Enterprise Data & Reporting to lead a team responsible for enterprise BI, master data governance, and data quality across North America. You will translate the data and analytics strategy into day-to-day execution, guiding delivery across the BI lifecycle and governance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI, data management, data governance, or analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering BI, reporting, or data quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver enterprise dashboards and analytics using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure BI outputs serve as trusted inputs for AI and automation use cases.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize reporting requirements and translate needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Drive adoption of standardized metrics, KPIs, and self-service analytics across the organization.
• Establish and enforce development standards, naming conventions, documentation, and release management for BI artifacts.
• Oversee North America Master Data governance and data quality initiatives.
