Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a scalable, enterprise BI function across divisions. You will define KPI frameworks, govern reporting, and design BI environments to serve executives and operations.

The role emphasizes business and financial acumen, BI architecture, and the ability to direct technical delivery while steering a data-driven strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience across BI/analytics/FP&A or related functions with leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling enterprise BI/reporting environments.
• Experience in multi-unit, multi-location or operationally complex settings.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a scalable enterprise BI and reporting architecture across divisions and locations.
• Lead the reporting reset, consolidate metrics, and tie reporting to financial results.
• Design models to reconcile across ERPs and establish governance for KPI definitions and dashboards.
• Partner with IT to ensure BI solutions align with enterprise architecture and data standards.
• Lead external delivery partners and translate priorities into a disciplined development roadmap.
