Job summary

Chamber is seeking a Director of Analytics & Reporting to own and scale our central analytics function. You will write SQL, build models, and ship reporting, while creating governed metric definitions and a reliable data layer used across teams.

You’ll sit on the technology team and collaborate with IT, security, engineering, and product to ensure data quality and trusted analytics for executives and payers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with ownership of analytics or reporting.
• Experience with value-based care mechanics and risk contracts.
• Ability to maintain metric definitions across multiple surfaces.
• Experience building executive and board-level reporting.
• Delivering payer partner reporting per specifications.
• Track record of building a reporting function from scratch.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with incomplete data.
• Familiarity with Tuva or open-source claims models.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own metric definitions and ensure consistency across decks and reports.
• Own the semantic layer used by internal apps and AI analyses.
• Own standard monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
• Track SLA and performance across payer agreements with early warnings.
• Build the clinical analytics surface for quality measures and risk.
• Set standards so teams answer questions against certified definitions.
• Enforce exactness by separating production numbers from exploratory analysis.
