Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Insights & Analytics to lead strategy, governance, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, data visualization, and BI solutions across the organization. The role partners with business and technology leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support operational excellence and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years in BI, analytics, or data management.
• 3+ years leading BI/analytics teams.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with data warehousing and enterprise dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise BI strategy, governance, standards, and governance.
• Lead Insights & Analytics team, including analysts and developers.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and support of reporting and analytics solutions.
• Manage the Power BI environment, including governance, security, workspace management, and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable reporting solutions.
• Drive self-service analytics adoption while maintaining governance controls.
