Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience leading Automation & Controls projects across multiple locations.
- Proven experience leading a team indirectly or directly.
- Proven relationship-building and partnerships.
- Working knowledge of CAD, HMI, PLCs, G-Suite and advanced diagnostic tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage all functions of Automation and Controls group.
- Contribute to 3 & 5 year capital plans for facilities.
- Collaborate with IT, Process Services, Corporate Eng., R&D and others.
- Oversee budgeting for Capitalized projects and team financials.
- Ensure documentation for controls systems is up to date.
- Promote safety and continuous education across the team.
