Job summary

Jobgether and a partner company seek a Director, Applied AI in the United States to lead the team powering AI agents and decision-making across a B2B data environment. You will own the data graph strategy end to end, spanning training data, machine learning, LLMs, agentic systems, and model serving.

This role blends technical leadership with hands-on engineering, prototyping, experimentation, and production delivery, guiding a senior team while upholding a high technical bar for model quality,

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience shipping production ML systems.
• Experience mentoring senior ML engineers and data scientists.
• Proven ability to balance speed with rigorous engineering standards.
• Strong SQL skills and data-intensive system design.
• Production experience with LLMs and agentic AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and development of a B2B data graph from inception to production.
• Own end-to-end data graph lifecycle including training data and serving.
• Direct AI agents to reason over entities, relationships, and activities.
• Set evaluation standards and build datasets, gates, and validation processes.
• Hire and develop ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
• Write production code and guide engineers to maintain high quality.
