Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a senior machine learning leader to own the B2B data graph strategy end to end, blending classical ML with LLM and agentic systems. You will stay hands-on, shipping code and prototypes with your team.

You will hire and develop engineers, set evaluation standards, manage inference cost and latency, and communicate results clearly to executives while aligning with product and security teams.

Qualifications

• Production ML systems experience; lead by building alongside your team
• Hiring and developing senior ML engineers and data scientists
• Hands-on shipping code and prototyping with rigorous review using agentic coding tools
• Deep ML and data science expertise with production LLM and agentic systems, choosing between approaches
• Owned inference cost, latency, and capacity, and build-vs-buy decisions, communicating results to executives

Responsibilities

• Extend the B2B data graph into the long tail and improve accuracy
• Lead agent memory work, distinguishing user data from system-owned data
• Choose methods (ML, LLM, code) based on evidence and stop unprofitable work
• Define evaluation bar, build datasets, and design experiments for trustworthy quality
• Own inference cost, latency, capacity, and related trade-offs
• Hire and develop ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers
• Represent work across product, platform, security, and legal to executives
• Set standards for agentic coding tools and code review
