ZoomInfo is seeking a senior machine learning leader to own the B2B data graph strategy end to end, blending classical ML and LLM/agentic systems. You’ll hire and develop engineers, ship code, and set the bar for model quality and efficiency.

You’ll work hands-on, extending the data graph to the long tail and defining evaluation standards, while communicating results to executives and collaborating across product, platform, security, and legal.

Qualifications

• Significant, demonstrated experience building and shipping production machine learning systems, and leading by building alongside your team.
• Track record of hiring and developing senior machine learning engineers and data scientists against a high bar.
• Hands-on today: shipping code, prototyping independently, and using agentic coding tools daily with rigorous review.
• Deep classical ML and data science expertise (supervised learning, feature engineering, statistical inference, experiment design, strong SQL) alongside production LLM and agentic systems.
• Owned inference cost, latency, and capacity, and able to communicate results and their limits to executives.

Responsabilités

• Extend ZoomInfo's B2B data graph into the long tail, making it the most comprehensive and accurate resource.
• Lead the team's work on agent memory and system of record ownership.
• Decide methods (ML, LLM, code) based on evidence and pivot away from non-payoff work.
• Define evaluation bar for models and agents; build datasets and regression gates.
• Own inference cost, latency, and capacity as core disciplines alongside model quality.
• Hire and develop ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers; grow leaders.
• Represent team output across product, platform, security, and legal; report results to executives.
• Set standards for agentic coding tools and rigorous code reviews.
