Job summary

ZoomInfo Technologies LLC is seeking a senior ML leader to own the B2B data graph strategy end-to-end, balancing classical ML, LLMs, and agentic systems. You will ship code and prototypes while growing a team of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers.

You will set technical standards, manage inference cost, latency, and capacity, and collaborate across product, platform, security, and legal to articulate results to executives.

Qualifications

• Production ML systems experience and leadership by building with your team.
• Track record of hiring and developing senior ML engineers and data scientists.
• Hands-on coding, prototyping, and daily use of agentic coding tools with rigorous reviews.
• Deep classical ML and data science expertise (supervised learning, feature engineering, inference, experiment design, SQL) with production LLM and agentic systems.
• Owned inference cost, latency, and capacity with build‑versus‑buy decisions.

Responsibilities

• Extend ZoomInfo's B2B data graph into the long tail, making it the most comprehensive and accurate resource available.
• Lead the team's work on agent memory, distinguishing user input from system ownership.
• Select the right method (classical ML, LLM, or code) based on evidence, and stop work that won't pay off.
• Define evaluation bar for models and agents; build evaluation datasets, regression gates, and experiment designs.
• Own inference cost, latency, and capacity alongside model quality; build-versus-buy decisions.
• Hire and develop ML engineers, data scientists, and research engineers; grow senior engineers into leaders.
• Represent team across product, platform, security, and legal; present results clearly to executives.
• Set the standard for agentic coding tools usage with precise specs and rigorous code review.
