Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Analytics and Data to lead the enterprise data and analytics function from a remote location. You will strategy, delivery, governance, and adoption of trusted data products, reporting, and insights, partnering with executives and business units.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud data platform experience, healthcare data knowledge, and the ability to translate strategic questions into measurable analytics outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Data/Analytics/BI or Data Platform in a complex enterprise.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience leading technical or analytical teams.
• Experience developing and executing data/analytics strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and demand prioritization.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, data models, reporting, dashboards, and governed self-service analytics.
• Experience establishing data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, access, and privacy practices.
• Experience translating business priorities into measurable analytical outcomes and communicating tradeoffs to exec and ops audiences.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional programs with dependencies.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms, modern data architecture, BI, analytics, and AI foundations.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, regulated environments, HIPAA, and specialty pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data and analytics strategy, operating model, roadmap, and investment priorities aligned with Lumicera objectives.
• Lead and develop the data and analytics team with clear accountability and performance management.
• Own delivery and ongoing improvement of enterprise data products, reporting, dashboards, models, and analytics solutions.
• Advance Data Lakehouse and data platforms focusing on integration, data hydration, shared models, and cost efficiency.
• Establish data governance for ownership, quality, lineage, metadata, access, retention, privacy.
• Create intake processes linking analytics demand to strategic value and regulatory needs.
• Improve reporting by consolidating assets and promoting governed self-service.
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into data products, insights, forecasts, and metrics.
• Enable advanced analytics and AI through data readiness, governance, and model inputs.
• Manage data/analytics vendors, contracts, and platform decisions to maximize value.
• Other duties as assigned.
