Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director, Analytics and Data to lead our remote analytics organization. The role shapes strategy, governance, and the development of trusted data products and insights that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will guide a team of analytics professionals and partner with executives, technology, finance, and clinical operations to enable data-driven decisions across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Data, Analytics, BI, or Data Platform capabilities.
• 5+ years of leadership experience including leading technical or analytical teams.
• Experience developing and executing data and analytics strategies, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, data models, reporting, dashboards, and governed self-service analytics.
• Experience establishing data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, access, and privacy practices.
• Experience translating business priorities into measurable analytical outcomes and communicating tradeoffs to executives and various stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, delivery partners, and cross-functional programs.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms, modern data architecture, BI, analytics, and AI foundations.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, HIPAA, and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Participation in compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the data and analytics strategy, operating model, roadmap, and investment priorities in alignment with Lumicera objectives.
• Lead and develop the data and analytics team, establishes accountability, manages capacity and performance.
• Own the delivery and ongoing improvement of enterprise data products, reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and analytics.
• Advance the Data Lakehouse and related data platforms with scalable, reliable solutions.
• Establish data governance practices for ownership, definitions, quality, lineage, metadata, access, retention, privacy.
• Create an intake and prioritization process connecting analytics demand to value and outcomes.
• Improve reporting effectiveness by consolidating assets and promoting governed self-service.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategic questions into data products and measures.
• Enable advanced analytics and AI with better data readiness and governance.
• Manage data and analytics vendors, contracts, budgets, and platform decisions.
