Lumicera Health Services is hiring a Director of Analytics and Data to lead the enterprise data and analytics function. This remote leadership role reports to executive leadership and guides a team of analytics professionals, partnering across business, technology, finance, clinical operations, and compliance.

The role emphasizes strategy, governance, dependable delivery, and the adoption of trusted data products to support decision-making and organizational transformation in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in data/analytics within a complex enterprise.
• 5+ years in leading technical or analytical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Experience establishing data governance, quality, metadata, lineage, privacy.
• Experience translating business priorities into measurable analytics outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data and analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and develop the data and analytics team and manage capacity.
• Oversee delivery of enterprise data products, reporting, and dashboards.
• Advance Data Lakehouse and data platforms for scalable silos and insights.
• Establish data governance, ownership, quality, and privacy practices.
• Create intake processes linking analytics demand to business value.
• Improve reporting and governance through self-service analytics.
