Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Analytics and Data to lead our remote analytics organization. You will shape the data strategy, build trusted data products, and partner with executive leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.

As a senior leader, you will manage the analytics team, govern data assets, and align data capabilities with clinical, pharmacy, finance, and IT stakeholders in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Data/Analytics within a complex enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in technical or analytical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, data models, reporting, and governed self-service analytics.
• Experience establishing data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, access, and privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data and analytics strategy, operating model, roadmap, and investment priorities in alignment with Lumicera business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Lead and develop the data and analytics team, establish accountability, manage capacity and performance, and build capabilities for current and future needs.
• Own the delivery and ongoing improvement of enterprise data products, reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and analytical solutions.
• Advance the Data Lakehouse and related data platforms by prioritizing source integration, data hydration, shared data models, and cost-effective consumption.
• Create data governance practices for ownership, definitions, quality, lineage, metadata, access, retention, and privacy in partnership with business and control functions.
• Create an intake and prioritization process linking analytics demand to strategic value, regulatory needs, delivery capacity, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
