Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking aDirector of Analytics and Data to lead the enterprise data and analytics function in a remote team environment. The role drives strategy, delivery, governance, and adoption of trusted data products and analytics capabilities across the organization.

The director partners with business leaders and technology teams to align data initiatives with enterprise objectives, prioritize demand, and enable actionable insights that improve patient and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, CS, IS, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Data, Analytics, BI, or Data Platform in a complex enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience leading technical/analytical teams.
• Experience developing data & analytics strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and demand prioritization processes.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, data models, reporting, dashboards, and governed self-service analytics.
• Experience establishing data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, access, and privacy practices.
• Experience translating business priorities into measurable analytical outcomes for executives and various stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms, modern data architecture, BI, analytics, and data foundations for AI.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, regulated environments, HIPAA, and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Participation in compliance programs and teamwork to support them.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data and analytics strategy, operating model, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead and develop the data and analytics team with clear accountability and capacity planning.
• Own delivery of enterprise data products, dashboards, and analytical solutions for informed decision-making.
• Advance the Data Lakehouse and related platforms with integration, modeling, and scalability.
• Establish data governance, quality, lineage, privacy, and metadata practices with stakeholders.
• Create intake processes linking analytics demand to value, regulatory needs, and capacity.
• Improve reporting by consolidating assets and promoting governed self-service.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategic questions into data products and insights.
• Enable AI readiness through governance, feature inputs, and monitoring.
