Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director, Analytics and Data to lead our enterprise data and analytics function in a remote capacity. You will shape strategy, governance, and delivery across data products, BI, and AI readiness, partnering with executives and business leaders to translate needs into trusted data solutions.

The role directs analytics teams, manages budgets, and drives adoption of data-driven decision making across clinical, operational, and financial domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in data, analytics, BI, or data platform capabilities in a complex environment.
• 5+ years leading technical or analytical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, data models, reporting, and self-service analytics.
• Experience establishing data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, privacy, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data and analytics strategy, operating model, roadmap, and investments.
• Lead and develop the data and analytics team; manage capacity and performance.
• Deliver enterprise data products, reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions for reliable decisions.
• Advance data platforms, data hydration, shared models, and governance.
