Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director of Analytics and Data to lead our remote analytics organization. This leadership role owns the strategy, delivery, governance, and adoption of trusted data products and insights across the enterprise.

You will manage a team of analytics professionals, collaborate with executive leadership and partners across technology, finance, operations, and compliance, and drive data-driven outcomes including AI enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in data/analytics within a complex enterprise.
• 5+ years of leadership of technical or analytical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Experience governing data quality, metadata, lineage, and privacy.
• Translating business priorities into measurable analytical outcomes for executives.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional programs.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms, BI, analytics, and AI foundations.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, HIPAA, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data and analytics strategy, operating model, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead and develop the data and analytics team, manage capacity and performance.
• Own delivery of enterprise data products, reporting, dashboards, and analytic solutions.
• Advance Data Lakehouse and data platforms for scalable, cost-effective insights.
• Establish data governance practices with ownership, quality, and privacy.
• Create intake and prioritization connecting analytics demand to value and regulatory needs.
• Improve reporting by promoting governed self-service and trusted metrics.
• Partner with leaders to translate questions into data products and metrics.
• Enable advanced analytics and AI with governed access and monitoring.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and platform decisions to maximize value.
