Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Analytics and Data to lead the enterprise data and analytics function from a remote setting. This executive role partners with executives across business, technology, finance, and clinical operations to align data products with strategic goals.

The candidate will shape the data strategy, governance, and delivery, overseeing data platforms, reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics, including AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
• 10+ years in Data/Analytics in a complex enterprise.
• 5+ years leading technical or analytical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, pipelines, models, reporting, and governed analytics.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms and modern data architecture.
• Understanding of healthcare data, HIPAA, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data and analytics strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead and develop the analytics team and manage performance.
• Deliver data products, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support decisions.
• Advance Data Lakehouse and data platforms with scalable, governed access.
• Establish data governance, quality, lineage, and privacy practices.
• Create intake processes linking analytics demand to value and regulatory needs.
• Improve reporting by consolidating assets and promoting governed self-service.
• Translate business priorities into measurable analytics outcomes for leadership.
• Enable AI/advanced analytics by improving data readiness and monitoring outcomes.
• Manage vendors and budgets for data and analytics platforms.
