Job summary

JLL, a global real estate services firm, seeks a Director for Azara Client Success to own end-to-end client relationships on the Azara analytics platform. You will lead onboarding, delivery, adoption, and value realization, serving as the primary platform expert and ensuring ongoing ROI for clients throughout the lifecycle.

You will plan and manage technical delivery, drive platform adoption post-launch, and enable clients on new capabilities, while maintaining strong account health in a matrix

Qualifications

• Relationship management and communications.
• Proven ability to navigate a large matrix organization.
• Self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously.
• Customer service focus.
• Consultative/advisory skill set - ability to translate platform data into client value realization.
• IT project management with a concentration on software delivery management.
• Demonstrated expertise in CRE applications.
• Cross-functional team coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience driving product adoption, client enablement, or usage growth in a SaaS/analytics context.
• Knowledge of real estate industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & onboarding: Manage deployment with analysts, implementation specialists, engineers and testers.
• Report delivery risks and issues.
• Manage user acceptance testing and release plans.
• Oversee communications with stakeholders and management.
• Oversee application configuration and cross-functional liaison.
