Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director, Azara Client Success to own the end-to-end success of client relationships on the Azara analytics platform. You will drive onboarding, delivery, adoption, ROI realization and account growth across assigned clients.

You will serve as the primary Azara SME and platform advocate, coordinating with analysts, engineers and business leaders to ensure value realization and ongoing client satisfaction throughout the relationship lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deployment projects with analysts, implementation specialists, engineers and testers.
• Ability to navigate a large matrix organization and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Strong client-facing focus with a consultative/advisory skillset to translate platform data into client value realization.
• Proven track record in IT project management for software delivery.
• Knowledge of CRE applications or real estate industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end client success for Azara platform from onboarding to long-term adoption and growth.
• Delivery & onboarding: manage deployment, report risks and issues, oversee testing and release plans, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Value realization & long-term success: enable clients on platform capabilities, monitor usage/adoption, build ROI cases, identify expansion opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and enable clients on new capabilities.
• Ensure positive client sentiment throughout the relationship lifecycle and drive continual improvement in analytics space.
