Job summary

JLL seeks a Director of Analytics Client Success to own end-to-end client relationships for the Azara analytics platform, guiding onboarding, delivery, and ongoing value realization. You will serve as the platform expert across assigned accounts, driving adoption and ROI while managing cross-functional project delivery and stakeholder communications.

The role emphasizes achieving high client satisfaction, enabling long-term relationships, and expanding platform usage in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and onboarding for Azara Client Success engagements.
• Deliver value realization and ongoing account enablement post-launch.
• Manage project planning, delivery risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain account health and drive adoption across client teams.
• Capture client feedback and channel to product and engineering teams.
