Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Director, Analytics Client Success to own end-to-end client relationships on the Azara analytics and insights platform—from onboarding through ongoing adoption, value realization, and account growth.

The role requires technical delivery leadership, project management, and ongoing enablement to maximize platform value across accounts, with a focus on client satisfaction and ROI in a remote, US-wide context including Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management across a large matrix organization.
• Ability to translate platform data and capability into client value realization.
• Experience with IT project management in software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery and onboarding of Azara platform for assigned accounts.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, and release plans.
• Drive adoption, enablement, and value realization post-launch.
• Maintain account health and identify expansion opportunities through ROI demonstrations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Business and IT.
